"Daniel and his crew were complete professionals. I subbed DAC to repair/refinish badly damaged stairs. Daniel was incredibly patient with weeks of delays and a complete change of scope to work, caused by another company I hired to perform a remodel at my home. DAC replaced treads with new oak, which was sanded, custom stained and varnished to my specifications. The trim and risers were painted. I had no issues with uneven staining or paint splatters/bleed.
