The installer did not arrive on time, but called to let me know that he was tied up a bit on the first job and would arrive as soon as he could. He came and did a great job of installing the opener and clearly explained the features and showed me how to use them. "Skip and his son Jonah did all the work over a period of a few weeks, due to inclement weather. I cannot speak highly enough of how good they were, I would hire back again in a heartbeat. Hard working, very friendly and professional in every way. On the back sliding glass door, Skip noticed that the screen did not close properly and there was a flaw on the hardware of the door which needs to be replaced.
