An much more to do with re-hanging drapery, assembling armoires, bench for bedding and re-hanging closet drapery. Then much more in bathroom with drywall repair, painting, installation of new vanity, and bathroom flooring. Then onto living room after that laundry room. Etc. Still waiting on a final inspection for occupancy certificate, electrical plumbing and fire have been done for a while. I finally called the city myself and a permit was never pulled by Tri-State despite him reassuring me that he had a permit and was at the city offices, figuring it out. He won’t return my calls, and I made the mistake of paying for the work when it was completed instead of waiting for the inspection. Do not hire."
