They were courteous and friendly, Icy roads made travel to us a little dangerous, however, they were thoughtful enough to advise of delay and kept in touch while traveling to our home. We had two days notice on the available second place and a lot of packing help was given so that we were able to get out of the current home, so it could be placed on the rental available list."
