"We received 3 estimates for a commercial Re Pave We wanted it milled before installing asphalt nobody would price it this was besides Driveway Experts . Edward came out on a Friday and by Monday morning the had a mill on my parking lot getting the project prepped by Tuesday 5 pm 21,600 square feet parking lot was milled paved and line striped. When we first seen the name ?Driveway Experts? we wasn?t sure if the would be able to do a commercial lot like we have the name seems residential but do not let the name throw you off these guys are animals I would trust them on any size project very good crew we cannot recommend them enough"

"The remove and the build went fine. Two years later I noticed the wall tilting. One year after that it was worse and I contacted Randy Lewis (owner) and he came out and inspected and agreed that he needed to come back out and excavate and rebuild the top 3 feet of the wall with more "deadmen" reinforcements. It is now 6 months later and despite promises he has not showed up. Soon it will be snowing and freeze the ground."

Scheduling was inconsistent, and communication throughout the process was disorganized—clearly an internal issue. Ironically, the most reliable and professional communication came from the subcontractor who handled the prep work, not Huyser’s own team. The estimator failed to measure our driveway correctly. After the work was completed, we were told someone from our facility approved an expansion to the original scope, which is completely untrue. The crew arrived after hours, and we have no idea who they allegedly spoke to. There was no documentation or verification—just assumptions, which is extremely concerning for a project of this size. To make matters worse, we were charged $5,000 over the original quote. Rather than acknowledging their mistake or offering a resolution, Marc Buist—who we were told is the sales manager—was condescending and unprofessional. Instead of taking responsibility, he blamed us for the overage and insisted, “this is just how construction works.” That is not how good business is done, especially on a $26,000 job that should have followed a proper quote approval process. As a business manager, I cannot recommend Huyser Asphalt. The lack of professionalism, accountability, and respect shown throughout this project makes them a poor and risky choice for any commercial work."
