He was friendly and informative, and he offered a very competitive price. We scheduled a time after New Year's in 2023. The work crew was very professional. They replaced soft or rotten decking, covered decking with a waterproof underlayer, and installed the shingles of our choice. Afterwards they picked up every last nail. "It went well. I liked the fact that the crew leader rang the doorbell and verified the service address before they started working. They cleaned up very well. Everything was very organized, everyone had a specific job to do. They covered my bushes, a/c unit, and stairs to make sure nothing fell on them. I told them that I just had the house power-washed. I told them to make sure that they didn't damage the siding. They assured my that they had me covered. They didn't stop until the work was done and they finished in one day.
