"They came to my house to remove a tub and build a shower. Discovered water damage which increased the price, no problem. They replaced the water damaged flooring, HOWEVER, THEY FAILED TO ADDRESS THE SOURCE OF THE WATER DAMAGE. A couple months later while under the house I noticed water dripping around the shower area. We contacted Danny about it,he sent his crew out and they cut holes in the new sheet rock they had installed found the leak in the lines going to the shower. Replaced portion of both hot and cold lines. His guys told me that Danny said he'd invoice us later. For repairing a the original leak that caused the initial water damage that should have been addressed when they discovered the water damage. Now we have water damage to the new flooring they replaced and they refused to come back out and repair the holes they just cut into the new sheet rock. Don't let Danny fool you he is not the honorable man he leads you to believe he's more like a con man. I refused to pay him for sending his guys out to fix the original leak that had caused all the water damage to begin with. BEWARE OF GHIS BUSINESS AND DANNY HE'S A CROOK!!! AND A COWARD!!!!"

"They did a good job and the workers were great the only issue i have is they didnt install a water shut off even though i had one in the old system and i wasn’t told the price i was given to do the job didnt include one until the end of the job i would have paid extra for it i had to change a water filter since the job was done and i have to go to the street to turn off the water if i have a busted line in winter and the box is covered in ice and snow how will i get the water off this is my only gripe about the work no full disclosure i was in a rush to get it fixed it was leaking bad they should disclosed that when the estimate was done its made me rethink using them in the future"

With over 35 years of professional remodeling, major structural repair, home building, handyman and general home maintenance and repair experience, we are here to meet and exceed all your decking, fencing install and repairs, general maintenance, home repair, painting, pressure washing desires and needs to make you home the house of your dreams. "Clint and his team were getting ready to start a minor renovation project when we had to pivot due to our house "getting flooded" due to backed up inlets in the street. I called our insurance, and their recommended contractor did not even call me back, but Clint and his team immediately swung into action and helped with the remediation and correcting the issue (cleanup, flood cuts, structure dry out, replacement of damaged walls, floors, millwork, etc.). I met with my Landscaper to review some extensive exterior work (storm erosion cleanup, correct leaning retaining wall, replace eroded stone areas and damaged rip rapped channel) and he could not get to it, but Clint and his team were able to get a crew out there immediately to correct these issues also. I would highly recommend Clint and his team at Mid Tenn Trades. Their attention to detail is superb."
