"The most amazing thing happened!! Rick, the owner of RC Roofing, arrived exactly at the appointment time. He was pleasant, courteous, pleasant and helpful. Rick climbed up on the roof, assessed the situation, and then reported back to me. He informed me that the work which had been done on the existing roof was outstanding, that I didn't need a new roof, and that the existing one should last for a number of years more. He also informed me that repairs weren't necessary on a different roof on the house. There was no charge. How refreshing! I am planning on remodeling and replacing the roofs on my home, and will certainly want to use this honest and knowledgeable man."

"Overall, the job went very well. Aaron was the supervisor and was able to expedite my job to a window in his schedule that no other contractors were able to accommodate. There was a nice week between storms that he got his crew in to remove the old tiles, clean up, perform inspections and get the new materials installed. There was a minor glitch in the removal part of the job (a rain gutter was damaged), but Aaron handled it exceptionally. At the end of the job, I asked Aaron to take my phone camera onto the roof and take pictures, since I can't get up there myself to inspect. He provided excellent photos of all the critical areas of the roof, louvers, pipe outlets, etc. He even provided photos of the chimney stucco that shows extreme weather damage, so I can show them to the next (stucco) contractor for that upcoming job. "I hired them to replace portions of plywood in a double-garage roof, some facia board and tear off and replace all the roll-on roofing. They also installed a couple of whirlybirds. The estimate was right on. The team showed up bright and early and completed the job in one day. I was impressed. They cleaned up afterwards and even used a big magnet to find hard to see nails that dropped on the ground around the building. My garage roof looks great. It doesn't leak. I'm happy."
