"Allen came to our house to review our project. We thought our project was going to be fairly simple and replace some grout and caulk. Allen informed us that we had a much larger issue that he could not fix. Even though he could not fix it, Allen was very knowledgeable on why we were having this specific issue and how to fix it the right way. Allen educated us, sent us an email with a references to certified tile setters, how to ask the right questions when picking your tile setter contractor and videos to educate us even further. Allen is a professional, patient and courteous. He could have easily came into our house and said, “I can’t help you” and went on his way. Instead, he spent 20-30 minutes with us. "I am satisfied with the work that was done.  My only issue is that after purchasing the service, it took 4 or 5 phone calls and over 2 weeks just to get the installation scheduled.  When I called, I was told someone would call me back but it never happened.  On the last call, I was like, "Hey, it's me again... " and finally got on the calendar.  But there was no apology for the inconvenience.  I would much rather give a glowing review.  And again, I have no issues with the work done.  But I was a little disappointed with the customer service.

"They painted the Windows, Storms, Fascia, Trim, wrought iron railings, and even the chimney that needed about 3 fresh coats (and made it look amazing!) all exterior. They also painted a couple rebuilt interior windows.  Very nicely done.
Daren runs the show and is a good communicator.  They did what they said they would do and stuck to the budget discussed.
His pricing was reasonable and they were very detail oriented which was a requirement.  The job took a little longer than expected due to cold weather, but it was finished as soon as the weather cooperated.
