"did not show up on appointment! and it happened THREE times!!! finally arrived another day but did not perform any minor repair. Took some pictures and showed me but no inspection report was given. He lifted up some shingles to show me how brittle they are and promised to return the next day to do some repair but never showed up."

"I can't say enough about @EASE! Hugo has been helpful, informative and responsive. They just finished my roof and based on the quality and professionalism of that job I have already contracted with them to repair my siding. I am not experienced in home repair and improvement. When my roof was damaged by ice and hail I didn't know what to do. I was able to make a claim with my insurance and that was good. I knew I needed to get bids for the repairs, but I didn't know how I would evaluate those bids. The insurance company referred me to a company. They came and gave me a slick folder with samples and they never completed the quote. Another contractor came and he was great, but the first thing he asked for was our settlement paperwork. @EASE! was honestly a shot in the dark, I simply liked what their website said and so I called. Hugo has been amazing. He has provided the quality I needed and the expertise I wanted at a cost that is reasonable. He has taken time to explain the work that needs to be done and I can trust his advice as what is best for my home and my family."

"Korey Evans, residential roofing, responded to our inquiry in a timely manner. He noted our concerns and carefully evaluated our large roof. Aging shingles with some loss of granules and one area of sagging. Roof was eighteen years old and aging as expected in this area of the country. Hail damage was identified. Cause of sagging was discovered and excellent technical recommendations were made to correct the problem. Price estimate was accurate and satisfied our objective of a quality roof at a fair price. The estimate was competitive with other roofing companies with a reputation for quality. I visited inspected four roofs that Woodlands Roofing had completed within the past year or two and liked what I saw. Our homeowners insurer inspected our roof and agreed with hail damage. The price estimate was in line with our insurer's assessment. Amica Mutual also noted some ceiling damage and recommended it be repaired. We began to feel we were in good hands. The roofing job was carefully done under the supervision of Mr. Evans. His crew was experienced and knew how to do their work. In years past, I have help other family members and friends with their roofing projects. The sagging was properly corrected and should never happen again. The roof looks beautiful and we are well pleased! Mr. Edwards may provide our name as a reference if your project is similar to ours. Cost of project including ceiling repairs were in $24,000 range. There were no surprises or unexpected costs."

"The work was handled very well and managed so that the home was not left open during the repairs. If the weather or anything else interrupted the schedule, they notified me of the same. It was a nice service.

"It was excellent and five stars. Edgar Hernandez and his assistant showed up on time, provide reasonable prices, they were very clean and efficient, and they were able also to repair the water damage. Price was reasonable."

"The job went well as long as the owner was there.  He did not keep a good eye on the work.  He passed along bad reports of the work progress from his help.  When I went to confirm, it was different than what he reported to me.

They would do a lot better if he stayed on the job with his crew.  In the end, he had to step in and finish it on his own time anyway.

It is not a good idea to pay these guys before the work is done.  They tend to take a few days off after being paid.

They did not provide a punch list.  I had to walk through and prepare one for them.  I thought it was strange that they did not have any means of quality control.

They had to come back several times to finally get most of items on the list fixed.  Some of it didn't get done.

They did not have a licensed plumber or electrician.  As a result, we had to hire a plumber to come and re-do most of their work as we spent a lot of money on wood flooring and did not want leaks.  We also hired an electrician to inspect and redo some of the wiring.

In the end, I did not feel I got what I paid for in workmanship."

"Fix glass shower door, lights outside the house, and replaced ceiling fan light kit. He returned calls in a timely matter and kept on top of parts needed. Very clean I was very satisfied with his work"
