"I hired Bill after temporarily signing up with the wrong company that dug out my entire side wall, leaving me exposed, and plans that would have damaged my house and cost me a fortune. I initially hired Bill because of his extensive years as a mason and thought he would know best how to deal with a brick house with a leaky basement. In a short time I was able to put my full trust in him and “let go.” He acted quickly to save my south/exposed wall and put things back together in a way that only a true mason would know how to do correctly, and fixed the grading on the west wall that was trapped under three patios. He also installed window wells, two gorgeous glass block windows, and a drain near my back door. "I cannot recommend Ricky with Krenger Construction high enough for the outlandscaping work done. From start to finish, his professionalism, expertise, an attention to details exceeded all of our expectations. The water feature has become the centerpiece of our backyard. His knowledge of proper drainage, pump systems and stone placement is extensive. The deck work is phenomenal. We now have a beautiful deck that everyone enjoys. The compliments on our deck and yard are overwhelming! Ricky had excellent communication with us throughout the entire project. If you're looking for a landscaping company that has technical expertise and creative flair this is the one!"

"I had some cracked bricks due to a foundation problem that needed to be replaced. They gave me a good price, color-matched the brick and mortar and the installation looks good. Two problems, however. They did not tell me the repair would leave an unsightly haze over the entire area that can only be cleaned off by an acid wash, nor did they offer to clean the haze off for me. They should have communicated this and offered to clean the brick after repair. I am not pushing this too much cause they gave me a good price. It just would have been nice to know. Secondly, their Home Advisor profile said they accept credit cards. After the repair, I was told cash or check only. I had to go get a check. Overall, the work performed was fine. I would just suggest anyone hiring them to ask specific questions about cleaning the brick afterwards and what forms of payments can they accept."
