"When I contacted prospective contractors, Ben was the first to respond and come out to give an estimate. Ben was always prompt in answering questions or in communicating anything else that was needed. The pricing and quality for both the aluminum and wood fencing was awesome, the work was started earlier than originally planned, and finished on schedule...even with all the recent rain! My install also had some interesting twists and the Armitage team managed the issues and delivered. I highly recommend Armitage Fence for all your fence needs."

"I am so torn on this company. The sales process was smooth and prices were on par with everyone else. The set the expectation initially was that it would be about a 2 month wait to get the fence. I understood. Their process of scheduling and overall communication was TERRIBLE. I had paid a $2000 downpayment and didn't get any communication when that two month time frame came and went. I would have to reach out to them to give me schedule updates and emails would go unanswered. So I'd have to call for updates. Then that time frame would come and pass with again no communication. I gave them a lot of feedback on why this lack of communication felt very shady. It sounds like they just had a lot of delays due to covid, weather and staffing, and I totally get that. Pushing the time out didn't bother me, it was just the lack of follow up that completely irked me. They need a better system of updating customers on schedule changes. After a total of 4 months, the fence was finally installed. The crew did it in two days and worked hard, even in bitter cold temps. The actual install was wonderful and the fence is beautiful. No complaints there. Just hope they can organize themselves better for future customers having a better experience."

We maintain a small staff of 4 full time employees, 3 part time employees, and 2 professional groomers. Cost is dependent upon services rendered. A pick up and delivery service is available Monday - Friday for residents in Boone county and portions of Henry, Hamilton, and Marion counties for an additional fee. We are open Monday - Friday: 8:00 AM - 12Noon & 2:30 - 6:00 PM, Saturday: 8am - 4pm, Sunday: CLOSED.

"Unfortunately this is what happened during his grooming appointment on June 27, 2020. Breaks my heart. He has multiple cuts on his legs throughout his face and mostly on his ears. Upon getting a opinion by another groomer. It was suggested that the clippers got too hot and those are burn marks! Unfortunately the owner Stephanie Morris it's not taking any type of responsibility or accountability for the horrific grooming experience my dog went through. As a business owner myself this just saddens me for the customer service. Again, I do have proof via pictures and his last grooming appointment was in March. Right before the shut down which they already knew. I did get a second opinion because I felt like their operation is shady and so is their vet tech that they are working with. I cannot believe the lies that they are trying to say to cover their butts! I'm asking for a full refund because of the neglect on their end with my dog and The customer service I am receiving. I did not take me over a week to address my issue however it did take the owner until yesterday to address the The issue. Again would never recommend to anyone have put in a complaint with the BBB. In three months during the shut down my dog wasn't matted. I had previously been taking him regularly to grooming appointments. His horrific cuts are from the groomer. Still no responsibility or or accountability on the owner Stephanie Morrison. So sad! Trying to blame a customer for their negligence, like I’m the bad guy? What professional business owner dose that? Well I BAD one dose!"
