"Jason and the team at Doherty Slate Roofing did a great job on our roof. Replaced slates, fixed leaks, and helped reseal seams that were in great need of repair but had been ignored by previous roofers. We will definitely have them back to maintain our roof going forward."

"Well, I knew it was time for a new roof. Based on its age and just looking at it, I knew it. I had put off this decision for quite a while now, but yes, now was the time to finally invest in a new roof. Would I rather spend the money on a Hawaiian vacation or perhaps a new Zero Turn Lawnmower yard toy? Maybe, but if I am thinking clearly and correctly, not really! I knew a great roof replacement would add great protection not only for the home, but for me and my loved ones. It provides peace of mind, dynamic curb appeal, and one less big worry. When looking for a new roof, I’m sure like a lot of you have or are doing, I checked around a bit and chatted with a couple of neighbors, family, and friends. I just wasn’t satisfied with the cousin’s son-in-law’s brother’s friend who can do it over a number of weekends mentality. I also wasn’t interested in some of their decision-making like those who would choose bargain basement, lowest cost options, or on the other hand that I felt had been way overcharged. I decided to conduct some online searches of my own. I found BHI online through one of those searches. I must say that I was quite impressed by what I initially read and saw about the company, their Awards & Accreditations, their Charity, and strong sense of Community, as well as their Go Green commitment. They also have an “Operation Payback” Awards program that provides a free new roof to an American Veteran every year. That was amazing, and along with their many exemplary reviews, I had to check them out further and made a call. Jim DelPrete, President came out to visit with me in short order and assessed my particular and specific roofing needs and presented all the relevant options and recommendations and some needed do’s and don’ts. After speaking with him, I was confident about their services and capabilities, the materials, and the process, steps and timeline for the job. I also felt that the project cost was very competitive, reasonable, and fair. From contract to materials delivery to house prep and to the completed roof and cleanup, the project went along quite smoothly. I am very pleased with my new roof. I really am and I would like to publicly thank Jim, Elias, Sean, Samantha, and the whole crew. Some final words to share about my experience with the BHI team and with this home improvement project in no particular order: Customer-centric, Timely, Communicative, Knowledgeable, Consultative, Responsive, Friendly, Courteous, Fair, Neat, Transformative, Attentive, Cost-effective, Excellent work, Excellent materials, Professional, Impressive. Home is Improved! If you are tired of looking at your old haggard worn out roof like I was and will be in the market looking for a new roof or perhaps other home improvement services, I strongly advise and recommend that you check out Beantown Home Improvement at [*** Link removed ***] and call them at 781-293-1417 or email Jim at jim@beantownhi.com"

"On Top Roofing did a stellar job and I could not be happier. They arrived with a full crew of installer-level workers and had the entire job done in a single 12 hour day."

"I recently had Ranch Roofing install a new roof on my home and I am so grateful I chose them! I honestly cannot say enough good things about this company. From the very beginning, when I was searching for a roofing company, choosing a shingle color, and asking questions (since I know very little about roofing), the entire experience was wonderful. They were patient, knowledgeable, and always took the time to answer my questions and make sure I understood everything. The process was easy and stress-free. On installation day, the crew arrived, put up the tarps, and got right to work. The old roof came off, the new roof went on, and the results are absolutely beautiful! I chose Onyx Black, and I am so glad I did. It looks sharp! The new intake vents and ridge vents were also installed, and everything looks amazing. I had read about their reputation and how they stand behind their work, which gave me confidence in choosing them. They certainly lived up to that reputation. They are wonderf"

"Loved James who came to do the estimate. He spent time educating me which I truly appreciate. Estimate done quickly, and reasonably priced. My only complaint is that 10 days after they had a signed contract I was still calling and asking for a tarp over the site of the leak as storm after storm caused leaking into my bedroom where despite having buckets to catch the rain it was still ruining my hardwood floors. I spoke and wrote emails to Melissa to ask for a tarp and either was told they “were too busy to come out”or did not even return my calls. Thankfully once I was able to bypass Melissa, Mr PJ Willard intervened and a tarp was up the next day and the roof done immediately after. Great work, completed quickly once started. I will never be sure if Melissa is solely responsible for decision making, or she is told to delay requests. Either way, sorry to say it was the only bad part of the job. Otherwise A plus."

"good materials and labor however they didn't prepare the site with tarps etc. as they should have so roofing debris from the old roof was everyone and not cleaned up well; finding it in my bushes for 1 year

"I highly recommend Newton Roofing Residential. In 2014, they replaced the entire roof on my home with high quality materials, in a safe and timely manner, and at a very competitive price. In 2020, I decided to address another need - my aging second floor porch, which serves as a roof to the first floor porch below. It was becoming increasingly unsafe due to wood rot, with a soft floor and loose railings. Given my positive customer experience in 2014, calling Newton Roofing in 2020 was an easy decision - I did not get quotes from any other company. Rich came out and provided a detailed explanation of the materials and labor needed to replace the porch and to install new railings that best match the style of my home, and he followed up with a very competitive quote for the project. Gus and Julio were the on-site team who completed the project and their work was exceptional. Both men were incredibly skilled and meticulous, and thoroughly impressed me with their attention to detail at every point in the project. They worked on my home as if it were their own, which I greatly appreciated. I was so pleased with their knowledgeable and experienced craftsmanship. As you can see, I am a very satisfied Newton Roofing Residential customer!"

"This is a great company to hire for your roof replacement. I also hired them to replace the gutters. The whole process was seamless from the estimate, deposit, confirming the installation date and the actual installation. I highly recommend Power for your roofing needs!"

"I've worked with Moacir and FRS roofing and gutters twice. In 2019, they did an excellent job installing a completely new roof. I was happy to hire them again in 2021 for a rather complex repointing/masonry job on my garage. Their pricing was fair, and when you factor in their professionalism and courtesy, you're getting a great deal. I recommend them highly."

"Ronaldo was great to work with on our hail storm repairs (replaced roof-gutters-windows, painted exterior, stained fence). He managed the project throughout, replied promptly to questions or concerns, caught the last roofer's misstep, and worked with our insurance. We will use Ronaldo and Elite Work again."
