"First, I would like to say your crew was nice to work with. We have not had enough rain to see if the job was a success or not. I would like to say that we were disappointed in the installation of the egress window well, but after your crew came back out and repaired it, it looks good. We were not happy that your crew did not say anything about the damage that was done to the rain gutter and soffit. I do not think they would have said anything if I would not have seen it and said something. When your crew came back to repair the egress window well, they told me they would go get some paint and paint it. That was not done, and that would not have fixed the gutter and soffit that is only a year old. Now to the inside, we think your crew did a good job installing the drain tile, removing the debris, and cleaning things up, however, we are not happy with the way the concrete was put back in. It is not smooth, there are stones showing, and we think we could have done a better job. When your crew came back out to repair the egress window well, they said they could grind off the high spots, but I told them not to bother because it will still look like a kid did the job."

"Great!! Jim came to do an estimate. The work was moved up 1 1/2 months for projected date. They called 40 minutes before arrival. The Pouwels team of 4 worked tirelessly to get through the cement in the window wells. Jim placed a piece on the basement wall crack (floor to ceiling) that he had patented the process. They placed protective plastic on steps and foyer floor. Cleaned up in basement and outside after their work. Very friendly and explained and showed me what they had done when they were finished. It is so nice to see drains in my window wells now to prevent water coming into my basement and the piece on the wall. The cost was very worthwhile for the amount of work they needed to do and in a timely manner."

We actually had a neighbor compliment Troy's crews to us on the "lack of profanity" coming from our yard as there was a lot of construction going on around us and there was a ton of "construction language" coming from those other sites. All of our neighbors commented on how impressed with the service they saw us receive from Finding Time. Troy's pricing is very fair and we received every penny's worth of service from Finding Time. We dropped a last minute adder on them of a "doggie latrine outside area" for us and Finding Time accommodated that expeditiously as well. I have and will continue to recommend Finding Time LLC. "My cottage is in a rural area about 65 miles from JCM Construction's location.  They were willing to travel for the job, which was a major point in their favor in getting the job initially.  The prior year they had replaced two full patio doors at my cottage, and I was there to observe the work they did.  It was outstanding, and I was so pleased that I hired them again to replace the vinyl siding on the cottage and two yard sheds. <br /> <br /> During the planning stage of the work, Dana, one of the co-owners, worked with me on the job estimate and selection of siding (color and quality level).  She was very pleasant to work with, and we were able to plan a date for the actual work to be done.  She kept me informed as the date got closer, and gave me final confirmation a week prior to the start of the job. <br /> <br /> They arrived on the date and at the time that they said they would.  They estimated the entire effort to take about 4 days.  They actually worked very long days for the first 3 days (up to 10 hours), and finished the job with an additional couple of hours on the 4th day. <br /> <br /> Jake, the other co-owner of JCM Construction, kept me informed at every step of the process, and wanted to hear my honest opinion about the work as it progressed.  Jake was also the leader of the work crew (which also had another member named Jake). <br /> <br /> One of the special concerns on this job was a small "pump house" that covered the water well's pressure tank and a water filtration apparatus near the entrance to the cottage.  The old structure was very small and cramped, standing only about 3 feet high, and whenever I needed to work on any of the plumbing inside I was on my hands and knees with little room to work.  I asked Jake if he could rebuild the pump house into a structure I could stand upright in for any work.  This was no problem for JCM, and they quickly rebuilt the structure, including the installation of a full size steel locking door for entrance (the previous door was a simple piece of plywood on hinges).  The end result was great, and the new pump house is one of my favorite aspects of the overall job. <br /> <br /> The cottage looks brand new with the beautiful new siding, and the sheds now match the cottage as well.  One of the sheds was a simple plywood structure that had previously been painted.  The new siding on that shed made for an amazing transformation. <br /> <br /> Overall, the quality of the work by JCM was outstanding.  They were prompt each day, and their work ethic was great.  They kept a clean work environment, and at the end of the job they ensured the entire site was cleaned up properly.  They were a pleasure to work with, and I would hire them again as needed.  I highly recommend JCM Construction."

They verbally agreed to match the window color of the existing windows and installed a different colored window instead.  They told me it was appropriate to leave the concrete slab in the hole, but the potential concrete settling unevenly may cause an issue with the window well wall."

"From the first sales call they were great. The didn't try and sell us something we didn't want but rather worked to do exactly what we asked. When the door and windows were available, they promptly contacted us to schedule the installation and came on the appointed day. They quickly accomplished the installation with no issues and left the work site very clean. The installers were very professional and efficient.
