There was one afternoon appointment which was missed entirely without a phone call or explanation.  When all is said and done, the fence really sets off our yard and we feel much safer with the locked security screens.

"Excellent. Chris came as scheduled for our initial estimate and proposal. What we wanted (a cantilevered carport) was too expensive so we refined our expectations and Chris came back out and gave us a revised estimate. We went with the Elitewood Insulated Patio cover. Dura-Kool took care of the permits and the job started as scheduled. Installation took two days and went very well. They even matched the color of our house paint so the carport blends in very well. My only complaint was the installers left bits of aluminum and some screws on the driveway. That could have been a problem if I had not sweep and vacuumed the driveway before parking on it."
