He agreed with us that it was not a color used much at this time but he suggested that we go to the remnant department, where we found two green remnants. We chose one and it matched very well and we just love it. I don't know why we didn't go there first!"

"If it weren't for the guys who installed the tile (J and P Flooring) this would not have been an positive experience at all. I found the sales rep, Ken at JFD to be somewhat difficult to deal with. He had an idea set in his mind of what tile we should use, the type of counter top even the plumbing fixtures - each of which were different from what I had in mind. He calls us and gives us the total amount for remodel over the phone and says that if it is more than what we budgeted we can easily finance the balance through the store. However, he did not mention that any unpaid balance over 30 days is assessed at a 25% interest rate! 25%! People with the worst credit in the world aren't charged that amount! <br /> We made another call to set up a time to sit down and go over the invoice - pulling teeth would have been easier than it was to get an exact amount for each line item - of which we never got all at once. We instead had to make a call each time we were contacted by the glass person or cabinet person to see how much was allocated for that item. <br /> There were many other minor problems - the plumbing items specified in the invoice were not the ones purchased. The sink, sink faucet and shower faucets totaled $250.00 less than what we had already paid. We did present this in writing to the owner, Duane Hukill and he was willing to deduct this amount from the bill. One other issue - I'm still not 100% certain that we did not pay a porcelain price for ceramic tile. <br /> As it turns out, the tile installers were also the plumbers - not necessarily a bad thing as they were excellent - but this was never mentioned at any time during any meeting. <br /> We do have a beautiful bathroom and are now armed with much more knowledge than before. From now on whenever we or anyone we know wants to have new flooring or tile put in - or even a Kitchen/bath remodel for that matter, we will refer them to Jand P Flooring instead. <br />"

Sales people were very helpful in making our selection with recommendations. The installer went the extra mile and replaced any sub floor wood as needed, earlier leaking water tank and sub floor needed replaced. <br />  This one one of the few times we have had work on our house done and the company did what they promised!
