This job started with us purchasing the $499 for 2 painters for 8 hours each deal (The Big Deal).  Eddy and Richie came out to the house to give us an estimate.  They were very friendly and professional, taking notes on an ipad and then emailing me the estimate a few days later.  We agreed to start with the big deal and take it from there.  The big deal was to cover just the master bedroom, with the remainder of the work estimated at $3500.  After getting a couple of more estimates, we decided to book ETC for the entire job and set a start date. 

This was a major job, requiring a lot of labor.  ETC painted our master bedroom, master bath, office with 2 colors (one on top and one on bottom of the chair rail, daughter's room with pink and cream stripes throughout the entire room, son's room with two red racing stripes on two separate walls, hallway, all ceilings, 3 closets, and the entire hallway and 2-story foyer ceiling.  They fixed any nail-pops, holes, cracks, etc throughout the entire job.  The entire job took nine, 8-hour days, using 2 men every day, except for two days with only one painter.  All said and done, it involved  approx. 128 man hours of labor.  I thought the price was fair for the amount of work involved.

I having only good things to say about the people who came to our house.  Eddy, the owner, was a pleasure to deal with.  He was there for the estimate, and also came to paint on the 2 days which involved the intricate work on the stripes.  Francisco, the supervisor, came every morning to drop of the painters, help them set up, go over any details or questions with me, and then left for the day.  He came back every evening to help with the clean up, inspect the work, and pick up the painters.  Julio and Guillermo were the two painters who were at the house every day.  They are actually brothers and were a pleasure to have in the house.  They were very polite, friendly, and nice to talk to.  Their professionalism and pride in their work is what impressed me the most.  They are both very hard workers and go out of their way to make sure the job is done right.  If there was anything I wanted to have touched up, or asked them to add a few extra screws around some of the nail-pops, etc, they were always happy to help and went out of their way to make sure their work looked perfect.  I can't say enough about how pleased we are with the results of all of the rooms we had painted.  My kids love their rooms with the new stripes!  We would definitely use ETC again for any future paint jobs.  Thanks so much for the friendly, professional, and quality work which you guys did!
