"Juan & Precise Fence provide a A+ job at a competing price. We had 600 feet of black aluminum and 400 feet of farmer fence installed at our home. "Went to store front on saturday to look at sample railings. Staff was very helpful. Gave me some catalogues to take home and an appointment for Tuesday for an estimate. On Tuesday Jeff called and said he was running ahead of schedule and asked if he could come an hour earlier. Came and showed us some examples and discussed how certain railings would look and what our steps could "handle". Made our selection and got an install date for 2 weeks later. At 9am on 11/12 Alex and his associate showed up and got to work. The two men were professional and meticulous about what they were doing. It seeemed as thought they were installing the railings on their own home. When they were done they cleaned the area so it looked like the railings were always there. The finished work is perfect and we are thrilled that we chose Fence Depot.

"Although the initial meeting was a little rushed, the owner was very professional and took his time installing our railings. It even rained during the installation, and I was concerned that he would rush the job just to finish it, but he didn't. He took his time, and came back the next day to complete the job. It all looked beautiful and we have received many complements. It is clear that the owner takes a lot of pride in his work, and I think that's really important. I would definitely use them again.

"When I moved some clothing racks away from a wall, I discovered it was full of cracks. I first called a company that did painting and repairs. They quite responsibly told me that this might be outside their expertise and suggested I call a contractor. I called one and emailed another, but couldn't get someone to come out. Paragon was my third contractor and turned out to be the charm. I consequently can't rate whether the price was good or not because I have nothing​ to compare it to. It seemed a little high but then I lack a frame of reference and it might be average. The person who came out to estimate thought it would require one type of repair, but Paragon wisely sent Paul, a supervisor, alone​ with the workers, and he discovered that another type of repair would be better. The workers were pleasant, tidy and did an excellent job. The office staff is also exemplary. They are there when one calls, and I appreciate the responsiveness. Another thing I really appreciated was the fact that they were able to do the job on a Saturday. This was overtime for them, but with very little leave available from my work after an operation and family issues, it was a godsend to me."
