"Walter pruned it just enough to lessen the lop-sided load. At the last minute I realized that the cut-leaf maple in front needed to be pruned as it was touching the house and bedroom window. They did so without charge. I also asked them, with the sun close to setting, to trim the hedges/bushes. They gave me a good rate and did it very nicely, even blowing the fallen leaves (already on the lawn before they arrived) to the kerb, again at no charge. They were very motivated and courteous. They worked very hard. What happened is they could only fill the truck so full, so I basically purchased a truck load from them. They were able to get as many bricks as they could into one truck load, since one load costs $600. Everything I asked them to do they did without hesitation."
