I was out of state and unable to get in contact with my neighbor to get his opinion about the fence. Alan spoke with our neighbor and made sure everything was ok. When Alan arrived to see the land survey, he quickly called me to let me know we had, even more, land than we initially thought. We requested a larger fence and Alan provided. Being out of town and adjusting the initial plan right before the install provided some obstacles for Alan, but he did an amazing job. We are very happy with everything he did and would definitely hire him again. Please note, Alan never even mentioned leaving a review on Angie's List to us, that should show how many people have had a great experience working with him and just had to get back on here to tell others. "Most of the crossbars in our fence started to sag after a winter or two. The crossbars seem far too fragile if this is going to happen. Had to spend a few hundred dollars to replace them. A small piece of hardware of the fence has to replaced. The fence is black and I was told the piece doesn't come in black. By the end of the call not only am I getting a different color but I was told *I* have to paint it. They won't."
