"Todd was very efficient in dismantling the hood, cutting a hole through the wall to the outside, laying the piping, sealing, and testing the new setup. What impressed me was the fact that he didn’t try to sell me a new hood. He also was very conscious of any messes he may make, laying down drop clothes, etc. and disposing of his garbage in appropriate receptacles. I was very happy with the time it took him to do the job. Super quick, yet high quality work. From what I have experienced thus far (I have him booked for a couple other projects), Todd is a stand-up trustworthy guy who knows what he’s doing. He is super busy so it may take him a while to respond to inquiries, but he’s definitely worth the wait. I would highly recommend him to family & friends."

"I am very impressed with my service. We are remodeling a home for my parents and needed to ensure the basement wouldn't take on water. Chris is very knowledgeable and dedicated. He and his crew are hard-working and detail-oriented, it is obvious they take pride in a job well done! I highly recommend this company for all your concrete needs!"

"Plumber looked at it from above and wrote up an”upfront quote” of $540 to replace a $20 drain. Hired a different plumber that was by no means fast and paid half of that."

"Chad is very professional, knowledgeable and friendly. I had a list of the things I wanted done and he was able to fix them and answered my questions along the way. He communicated when he was going to be late or if he needed to reschedule, which I appreciated. I will 100% hire him in the future!"

"According to the website, the person we met with is a "Foundation Expert." Per his advice, we needed about $8000 in beams because the cement blocks showed bowing/cracking. This house is only 650 sq feet and built in the 1950s. He basically implied that the walls had extensive damage and the house would never sell unless we put beams up. He deemed the repairs done by a previous homeowner as very bad and said they needed to be fixed immediately. The waterproofing system was an additional $3500.
The whole thing seemed more like a sales pitch using the fear factor of a bad foundation. And, I was put off by the "buy now" price difference. They would give me a "realtor discount" if I agreed to do the work and pay the deposit right away. Like I'd ever spend $12K without getting other bids and researching the heck out of it.
We decided to hire a structural engineer that wasn't trying to sell us something to inspect the basement and foundation. Paying the engineer a couple hundred bucks was worth every penny. After a full inspection, his professional opinion was that there were no structural issues. The engineer report states that while the repairs made by the previous homeowner made were "unsightly" they are effective. Meaning - the method they used was ugly, but the support it provided was effective and adding additional beams was unnecessary.
I would highly, highly recommend getting a structural engineer before hiring any company to basement repairs. It saved us about $8000.

"Redcorn Construction did an awesome job. I've hired them twice now, once for a full bathroom remodel and the 2nd time for some exterior carpentry repair. They follow through - get back to you quickly, get you a bid quickly. They are priced competitively. And they follow through and do a great job. Highly recommend these guys."

"I had two repair orders. The technician for the freezer repair came within a few days and was excellent. He came prepared with parts and conducted the installation in record time, cleaned the place and was very polite and courteous. The firm/technical for the second repair related to a plumbing problem could not come for 10 days because there were too many jobs before mine. This is the second time that CHOICE Home Warranty has disappointed me with a plumbing request which they should know cannot usually wait for 10 days. I had to cancel the request and pay an outsider to do the job. As I see it, CHOICE HOME WARRANTY is not well suited for plumbing-related requests."
