"They did a fabulous job! Dave was great to work with, enjoyed conversing with him, a total professional. Estimate / price quote - Dave made an appointment to inspect (inside & out) and listens to customer input, on history of the house. He makes time for his future customers and is flexible, (including weekends). Although, we were taking estimates from other contractors, Dave Brodowski was our choice. Price was a major factor , other contractors presented ridiculous quotes for the job, Dave did for us. He won't sell you anything you don't need or say something needs repair/ replacement just to make more money. His online write-ups contributed to the decision to hire. One must face facts, now a days, labor, supplies are not inexpensive. Dave keeps the estimate given and pulls no surprises, if problems are discovered after estimate & during the work phase, he let's you know why the item(s) need replacement, he has a very strong business ethic of honesty & doing the job right the first time. Project time & start date- On time & accurate, (roofing is determined by weather & time of year) Dave contacted us, stating he had time between jobs and asked if we would not mind changing our start date even sooner, we were able to oblige. The job was done under excellent weather conditions & completed on time, the end result. . . . fabulous. His work crew, a group of dedicated workers, whom you will NEVER find, slacking off on the job, taking excessive breaks or not showing up at all. This is a plus when it comes to time sensitive projects. Clean-up- A phase of the job that often gets done sloppy or is neglected. Dave's crew works as **** ** clean up as well as the project, they leave your yard as clean as when they arrived. "Everything went great, there were a couple changes that had to be made as the job progressed, we found out the old toilet had been leaking pretty badly, and there was a bunch of rotting floor boards.  Other than that they completed the job within our time frame, cleaned the house up at the end of each day very well, and really treated our home like it was theirs.  Everything was sealed up with plastic barriers so we wouldn't get dust throughout the house, I was very pleased about that.  We plan to have them back in the next year or two for the kitchen.

"Vista started this job 9/17. From the beginning we were told by the salesman Eric and project manager Keith that the job would be finished to our satisfaction, all our concerns would be addressed. The roofing went well, we are pleased. The siding was a bigger job than they seemed prepared for. They removed wood siding and replaced rotten plywood. The siding looked fine except for an area in the front of our home which is vertically uneven. Holding a straight edge to the siding we have a one inch gap in the vertical level which was not properly prepared. Some our window frames are horrible. One of them has nails driven right in the center of the frame, others have gapping joints and one is wavy. They replaced our perfectly fine topped gutter with a 'top of the line' gutter which isn't topped so is now full of leaves. We live in the woods what were they thinking? At the signing of this contract our salesman Eric said he would do some porch screen framing and stain our new front door. He wanted payment of $600 stating this was his side job. After many, many phone calls, most being ignored, we have gotten no where. Brian Rudd finally came out and told us these problems would be corrected. Last we heard from him was 11/17. He emailed that the siding crew would be out that week to correct window trim. We never heard from or saw any of them again. They never installed the stove vent, stained the front door or corrected our siding issues. I've waited for spring thinking I would hear from them. Too bad, things started out well. Not a good company."

"Mr Gomes and his team did a great job. He gave us a detailed quote which listed everything that was included and the items we needed to cover ourselves. The work he did included: - Demo entire bathroom, including a massive Jacuzzi tub - Move plumbing to new configuration - New electrical wiring and outlets - Sheetrock and cement board - Tile walls and floor. Paint walls and trim. - Install electric heated floor - Build two partial walls - Install vanity, tub, toilet - Install ceiling fan, lights, mirrors, towel warmer, wall heater, recirculating water pump - Build a full hight closet There were a few delays waiting for inspectors. Mr Gomes and his subcontractors were always on time. He was juggling other jobs, but was always able to get his guys to our project when they needed to be there. They did work a Saturday to stay on track. Every worker that Mr Gomes brought into our house was competent, friendly and hard-working. The subcontractors he used were long-time business partners, they obviously had a very good relationship. Each crew member was courteous and very conscious that the project was disruptive to us. They went above and beyond what was in our contract. They handled lots of little details that we didn't even think of. The work was performed with great care and our bathroom is beautiful. Mr Gomes is the BEST contractor we have ever worked with and will get all future jobs from us."
