Brad (owner) showed up when he said he would. He heard my spiel on roofs history & then went up to check it out. Brad knows what he's talking about - gave me a quote & deal was made. 5 different areas of roof required repair. They showed up on time - did the repair which took about 4 hours - & then they were gone. Haven't really had a hard downpour but it has rained & no leaks. So far - so good. I believe if a leak does appear - they will come fix it. Time will tell"

Before the install, rainwater pouring off the roof stripped the paint off my back porch also. They surveyed the whole roof and redirected rainwater to appropriate downspouts.
