"OUTSTANDING!!!!! Everyone I dealt with was friendly and professional!! The men they sent to do the actual install were clearly hard working and competent. With the exception of a brief lunch break, these guys worked non-stop........and this was a 3 day job!! There was no fooling around, talking on cell phones, etc. And the finished product was far superior to what had been installed 20 years ago by a different fence company. Highly recommend these wonderful folks if you want a well done, pro job!!"

"IT was great! I have never had a problem working with this company. The people (from the customer service reps to the billing to the drivers) have all been honest and realistic with expectations, answered all of my questions and never charged me more than what is advertised on their website. Patricia and Victoria have gone out of their way to return my many phone calls on the weekends too. You just don't get customer service these days anymore like the bullbag provides.They came when they said they would, did what they said they would do and did it professionally and pleasantlly. It is a pleasure working with such an honest and reputable company. Especially since the dumpster industry has not been know for this! "TJ did an excellent job doing some repairs in my house. He repaired some bathroom tub spouts and an interior garage door. He worked very hard on the spouts as they seemed to be cemented in. A lot of chiseling was required and took much longer than expected. Finished work was great. He repaired the garage with ease even though other contractors said the whole frame would have to be replaced. Kudos to TJ. Really enjoyed talking with him and will use him in the future for more home projects"

"Ok. For 6 hours they spent most of the time trying to install a fixture just to tell me that they cannot do it. They promised to return and finish the job at no cost. I have made several attempts to reach them...even offered to pay for more work that needed to get done but no response. They were very nice bit ultimately I am in the same situation I was in before they came.

"Quick to respond to the estimate request and also to complete the job. Had several unique concrete requests that they agreed to do, but there were not done quite as well as verbally agreed-to AND not totally completed, either. I had to buy a bag of Quickrete to fix the worse places and really should have bought 4 to complete it all to get it as was originally agreed-to. Cutting the grass near the fence will not now be as easy as I had planned - with the verbally agreed to stuff. Gate does not fully open because of bracket interferences and some adjustments could have avoided this. I made them, but now need to repaint the newly exposed surfaces. Price was a more than others, which I had justified because I expected a 100% job. The incomplete concrete work leaves us with some added dissatisfaction, but still feel we did OK with our choice of contractors."
