"You would be crazy not to use this company, and if I could give 10 stars I would. This is the 2nd time I've used Berto and his team. The first time was in 2020 for a full bathroom remodel. This time I contacted him at 7:30am in a panic last Monday because we woke up to leaking into our basement without any appliances being on, and time was of the essence. Although I hadn't talked to Berto in years, he came over THAT MORNING and assessed the situation. The next day he had his team in my house and worked all week. Berto truly cares and we would have been screwed if he didn't come over right away. I can't thank him enough. Yes, it was an unexpected expense, but it would have been so much worse if he didn't act so quickly. This is the type of construction company that deserves to thrive, because there aren't enough of them around. Thanks to Berto and his team."

"I didnâ  t have a ton of money for a high end remodel but West Shore Home was the best solution for my bathroom remodel needs. Right from the start the company and the team handling my remodel were Excellent. My salesperson Adam T. was professional and always available when I need a question answered, the Phenomenal job that Matt S and Will H did to install my new bathroom.. although it took two days ( old 1970 tiles made the job extra challenging). They were professional, arrived on time and the clean up was amazingâ ¦ NO MESS left behind. The finished product Absolutely Beautiful!! "Eddie and his crew did a great job on our full master bath remodel. We had it completely gutted and everything redone. I recommend them not only for the quality of work, but for the small things which set them apart from other contractors. The whole crew and all his subs worked extremely clean, they covered everything and cleaned up each day. All the workers were extremely nice and very respectful to us and our home and considerate to the fact we had a toddler running around. They have excellent attention to detail and did not cut any corners. Eddie gave us a lot of ideas through the whole process. We even had a snag at the very end with the tub fauceti bought not fitting, I was even willing to buy a new one to avoid any delays but Eddie and his plumber saw it through to the very end. The only critique I have is the communication was a little last minute sometimes. We wouldn't always know if they were working the next day until late the night before. Regardless I will be calling them for my next project and recommend you do also."
