"Dave is very punctual, professional, and conscientious. He will work with you until you are satisfied and offer suggestions as appropriate. As had several items on our list to complete and all were done correctly and to our satisfaction. Dave's pricing is very fair as well. We highly recommend Dave and will certainly call on him again for any projects we are looking to get done."

"This job completely exceeded my expectations. From the quoting process, the planning, the start of the job, the duration and completion. Rick is by far very honest, meticulous, punctual, easy going and respectful of others' property. Most of all, his work is beautiful! I also asked him for additional small items to add to the project and he was very accommodating and happy to do it. Rick gives contractors a good name! I will use his services for other remodeling projects in the future and would recommend him to anyone!!!"

"Andrew and his team did a great job. From the beginning, Andrew provided a detailed estimate for review and gave me as much information as possible up front before making my decision. The other contractors would only give me ballpark numbers. Andrew's estimate included a breakdown of what each activity would cost and why. Andrew was extremely responsive during the entire remodel and proactively communicated with me, even as I was on the other side of the country. He sent me update photos on a regular basis, which was really appreciated. Overall, I was satisfied and I would hire Andrew again for a future project. I am very happy with how the project turned out and I felt that he took the time to ensure I was comfortable with the work being performed and understood the different steps."

"Their work turned out good. I still need to connect with them for something that we didn't get to finish but I just hadn't reach out to them. There seems to be a little bit of a confusion about the deal that I bought because he got to outsource his handyman I guess, but other than that, the work that I requested did get done overall so I was pretty happy with it. The problem that came up as they were doing that is they switch the lights off and on and I had some outlets that blew out because of that. The guy that was supposed to fix that, I hadn't connected back with them to actually come back and do it because I've been so busy. I fixed a couple of them myself just for it to get it done and scheduling is problem because I live in Philadelphia but I work in New York so I just did it myself. It seems like some of his handyman are very knowledgeable and they got the job done. The person I got even though he worked on my shelves just wasn't a primary electrician, he just knew other things so people should be very specific about what their needs are so they could assign the right handyman."

FAQs for handyman service projects in New Hope, PA

Winterizing shields your home’s structure and key systems from snow, ice, and freezing temperatures. By sealing drafts and tuning up heaters, you cut energy waste, extend the life of appliances and windows, and avoid surprise repair bills. A small up-front investment keeps rooms cozy and protects the value of your biggest asset all winter long.

Yes, it’s important to prepare your sprinkler system for the winter. Blowing out the lines and insulating above-ground parts keeps valves and pipes from splitting when temperatures drop. A quick winterization visit costs far less than repairing burst components in spring, and it ensures your lawn--and your wallet--stay in good shape once the thaw hits.

A full home winterization plan goes beyond sealing windows and pipes. You might schedule a home energy audit, cover outdoor furniture, service the snowblower, swap smoke-detector batteries, add outlet gaskets, and hang storm doors. Each step beefs up your home’s protection, cuts drafts, and lowers the chance of costly cold-weather damage.
