He did have to cut a hole in the ceiling in the basement to get the new plumbing through, but was able to do it where a light fixture was located. I simply replaced the old light fixture with a slightly larger one which completely covers the hole. It was a very difficult and time consuming job, yet Troy was actually able to complete the job under budget! The original bid was $1600.00 and he was able to complete the job for $1400.00.
