I would definitely bring more rugs to them for cleaning and repairs in the future. They answered all my questions over the phone before I brought the rug in. "ORIGINALLY, THE INSTALLER HAD PUT IN A METAL STRIP ALONG THE FRONT OF THE PORCELAIN TILE. UNFORTUNATELY, IT STUCK UP ABOVE THE TILE AND ONE OF MY NEIGHBORS TRIPPED OVER IT AND ALMOST FELL WHEN SHE CAME TO MY DOOR. I TALKED TO MIKE AHERN, THE OWNER AND HE IMMEDIATELY HAD A STRIP CALLED A BULL NOOSE INSTALLED IN PLACE OF THE METAL STRIP. IT LOOKS VERY NICE. THE WHOLE JOB WAS DONE VERY PROFESSIONALLY."
