"Beware of shipping issues with this company. Ordered an ice maker installation kit on 10/10/25. Shipping was due no later than 10/20 according to company and FedEx tracking. FedEx tracking showed the package at their facility for 8 days without moving beginning on 10/15. Called FedEx 3 times. Each time they said they cannot find package and I have to contact shipper. Shipper has to make a claim, they will not mark it as lost. Called Appliance Parts Pros twice. Each time they say FedEx has to mark package lost before they will do anything. They also state they have to wait 14 days from them before doing anything because of their contract with FedEx. I don't care about their contract, I want what was ordered and paid for. Just going in circles with them and FedEX. If they shipped after 14 days it would be 22 days from that point, 32 days from the date of order if they shipped it that day. There was a deadline for installing this part before tenants arrive. They did not care, would not m"

"Bruno is the best. Quality work at very reasonable prices. I bought an LG Microwave/Convection Oven combo from Best Buy but they couldn't install for a couple weeks, but could deliver the next day. So I found Bruno (BJ Appliance Repair) on line. The delivery came on weekend and Bruno showed up right on time on Monday to install. Now this MW was large and heavy Over The Stove type. No way DIY, and seemed like two WWE types would be required to lift and install. So I was quite surprised to see a normal dude about my size but a bit more buff at the door. I asked "Are you Alone?". Yessir. Within minutes, Bruno had the new MW out of the box, found all the secret hiding places for the screws to remove the old MW, drilled three new holes in the floor of the upper cabinet for elec plug and new holding screws. Looked like he'd probably performed this operation a few hundred times. No guesswork, and a complete joy to watch someone who knew exactly what to do, how to do it, and brought all the right tools with him to accomplish the task. I've had a number of handymen at the house to do things like tiling and flooring and none compare with Bruno, so I give him a 5 outta 5 for a perfect install and another 5 for being Bruno, a great and talented guy."
