Once we sign a contract we will provided a weekly spreadsheet of payments and progress.

His team actually ended up painting, refinishing floors, installing new windows, building out the laundry room, replacing all the outlets, installing new outlets, fixing squirrel damage, and adding a masonry lintel to the fireplace. Sebastian always met every increase in the scope of the project with a smile and still finished on time. He's also up front with the pricing and provides regular updated quotes over the course of a project so there are no unpleasant financial surprises at the end."
