She communicated beautifully leading up to her arrival and even arrived early, which I really appreciated. She is extremely detail-oriented and was able to clean areas that are often challenging to reach. She truly went above and beyond—she walked me through where she planned to start and asked if there was anything specific I wanted her to focus on. Every surface was spotless; it was so clean you could literally eat off of anything. I was so impressed that I will now be having her clean my apartment every couple of months. I genuinely look forward to working with her regularly. She is absolutely amazing!"

"The maid that came was very late, didn't fully clean some basic areas, and left early. My appointment was at 10am and I was notified at 10:15am that she had a personal emergency and could no longer come at that time. So we rescheduled for 2pm. She came at 3pm -- five hours after the original appt time. I had scheduled a deep clean (4 hours 5 minutes). She did a great job cleaning kitchen appliances (including oven) but left some areas of my one bedroom apartment completely untouched or partially cleaned -- side table and some shelves left undusted, kitchen floor not fully vacuumed, bathroom mirror not cleaned, etc. It felt like a very rushed job. I would have understood if they needed more time to complete the job, but she didn't even stay for the full appointment time -- she left after about 3.5 hours. This company was extremely responsive and great at communicating updates, and they gave me a discount when I asked after the service. But I would not hire again or recommend."
