Daler arrived early and started work immediately, removing the old air conditioner and installing the new one with conscientious attention to detail and great care to do so without damaging the window frame. His young daughter Robia was also there, handing Daler the correct tools and paying close attention to his work; she is already a top-notch assistant to her Dad! "Prior to coming, he requested pics of what I needed. When he came he refused to address my front door locks, or the security door locks as not being necessary. The back door security he took apart and left a tiny piece inside which rendered the lock ineffective. He had to come back to correct this.He was more interested in charging me for a new lock, from the beg`inning, not to mention he did too much talking. He did not consider the discount relevent. As of today 9/13/2018 the lock is not working."

"These guys are fanatic. We were having a renovation done. Our contractor discovered we were getting water in by our old French doors. Due to the unplanned replacement, we needed a door on very short notice. We didn't want an out of the box from a home improvement store, so we saw Royal Windows and doors. Danny was able to accommodate the timing which wasn't easy (the doors are built to order) and expedited installation. Within two weeks, our new 12 ft. Sliding door was installed.
