They make it easy for us to renew our contract annually, come out each quarter to service our home, and on the very rare occasion we've had a pest concern they've been super responsive. I always answer the phone when I see they're calling! They show up when they say they will, charge the amount agreed upon, and we very rarely see any bugs at all. Huge peace of mind! I think our annual service agreement (for 4 quarterly treatments) is about $600."

Greenix has called and resolved this situation to my satisfaction. They have proven quite thoroughly that they care about their company's integrity and the customer service provided by it's agents. I have revised my initial grading accordingly.

I canceled my first appointment with Greenix Pest Control after waiting 45 minutes past the scheduled time and two phone calls ending up in their voicemail. The new customer coupon and great Angie's List rating (at the time) was tempting enough to bite. Now I read their Facebook page and apparently this is a long standing issue with them. I definitely do NOT recommend wasting your time with this company. Their FB page also lists complaints of being charged even when no service was provided; that better not happen here!"
