We came to an agreement on the work to be done and the price - which was very reasonable, signed the contract and the work was completed within 24 hours. Valentin even did some additional repair work that wasn’t obvious until he got started and didn’t charge me. I couldn’t be happier and would highly recommend Cerrato. Matching the colors is more difficult and it doesn't really match but we'd planned to paint the house anyway. Stucco work has been very good. They repaired the stucco and did a very good job. "Zach called me scheduled an appointment he was very knowledgeable about what I needed explained everything he was going to do went out of his way to find a matching shingle which was not very easy since my roof is over 20yrs old and they do not make those exact shingles anymore he was very fast and efficient getting my job done he also checked my roof for any further damage and did do a couple spot repairs for me so I would highly recommend Zach and his company Superior Home Improvement for any repairs or even complete roof replacements he was a pleasure to work with ."

"I cannot recommend these people enough. We needed our roof and most of the trim and facia underlying the roof replaced, as well as a gutter. They quoted a reasonable price, were completely transparent with all costs associated and how the process would work, were extremely tidy and professional, and were very quick. We have small children, and they were extremely aware of and cautious around them when leaving to and from school and daycare. I had spare siding, and they even volunteered to replace some damaged siding at no additional cost. These guys were just great."
