Get matched with top wood flooring installation pros in New-almaden, CA

"The crew pulled out old carpet and hardwood and replaced it with new hardwood. This included a stairway. The crew did a high quality job. When we found a couple problems, which may or may not have been due to their work, they corrected them quickly and without any hassle -- very responsive. They were punctual and communicated well. One lesson we learned was to take care in selecting the new type of wood. After placing the order, we realized that the new wood would clash with some existing window trim. If Clark's also did window replacement, we'd use them for that too. I guess that will be our next project. :-) We didn't shop around for the best price, so I don't know how they compare to others in that regard. We'll use Clark's if and when we have more hardwood flooring needs."

"I really can't praise David Bautista enough. He was a true professional, knew exactly what I wanted, was punctual, efficient, considerate, and completed the work in the time he estimated. I felt there was nothing he didn't know about wood floors. I'd hire him again in a moment."

"I had already visited 3 hardwood floor businesses, and still wasn’t sure what kind of floor I desired and didn’t receive much help. I had read reviews on all 3 companies. I went back on Yelp and read about 5 star flooring. The reviews were very impressive, almost too good to be true, so I decided to make a visit. The owner of the business, Joe, was there when I arrived. He was very welcoming and listened to my concerns about what I expected in my new wood. He then walked me over to the bamboo wood and I absolutely fell in love with it. He sent out an estimator the next day and got back to me within a few days with a bid. Truth be told, I was shocked to see how reasonable it was, compared to my other bid. After the wood came in his crew started work right away. These 3 men were very professional, answered any questions I had during the process with patience, worked very long hours and left everything tidy when they left. They did a beautiful job with the installation. One thing I would like to add is there was minor damage to an area of the house and I emailed Joe about it. He came out to the house right away and had it repaired the same day. I am very happy with 5 Star Flooring, and would definitely recommend them. I encourage everyone to get their 3 bids in, then save the best for last “5 Star Flooring.” You won’t be disappointed."

"Quickly and simply installed my floor in a matter of hours. Very kind and hard workers. Price was almost the same as what was quoted on the phone."

"I'm very glad to have chosen Budget Flooring for this job. I received multiple quotes from different contractors but felt most comfortable with Budget Flooring. I was very impressed with Vlad and Devan as they were professional, knowledgeable, and quick to respond. Vlad provided the quote in a timely manner and kindly made adjustments based on my material preferences. The demo and installation went very fast...taking only 4 days to complete everything. The installers were fantastic. They were highly skilled, considerate, and very hard-working. I would definitely recommend Budget Flooring for any of your flooring needs."

"I can't say enough good things about Elephant Floors. They removed carpet and parquet flooring and installed new hardwood floors in a large space (~1200 square feet) plus a flight of stairs, the entrance way and a closet. The wood is perfectly laid - seamlessly moving among three rooms with long lines. They kept the house really clean and neat, moving my furniture around, so I didn't have to move it. They did this start to finish in 4 days, my friends and neighbors are amazed - lots of excellent feedback..and this includes a contractor, who does this himself. Thank you Daniil, Hector and team, Bravo!"

"When I called for an estimate I was surprised at how quickly Mr. Straus was able to come. I knew the carpeting I wanted and he was able to get it in a reasonable time. (The carpet had to be run specially by the manufacturer.) When my remodel slowed down, he was very flexible about re-scheduling the date of installation to meet my new needs. The installation was painless, with workers arriving exactly when they said they would, cleaning up after themselves, and making seams that were almost invisible, with a single exception. When I wrote Mr. Straus that my worry was not about the lack of invisibility of a single seam but the fear it might unravel with time. He guaranteed he would fix it if that happened. He built so much trust in my dealings with him that I happily accepted his promise. I recommend Mr. Straus both for

"The experience and the beautifully refinished hardwood floors in this home built in 1948 far exceeded my expectations. All of crew were very pleasant and skilled. They answered all questions I had and explained the process along the way. There were areas of flooring that needed to be replaced and it was masterfully done. I cannot say enough good things about this company. They were fantastic and the floors are so gorgeous!"

"Hi. If youâ re considering replacing your floors, thereâ s only one clear choice to makeâ ¦ hire Dimitri! His work ethic is second to none, as he clearly takes pride in his workmanship and it shows. Not only did he meet us to pick up material one day, the next day he removed our old carpeting and tile, while prepping the floors. By the end of the third day the floors were done and installation of new baseboards were completed. Talk about pleasing customers, I am â flooredâ by how incredible everything looks now. ;-) For his vast experience and attention to detail you should contact Dimitri, as he went above and beyond our expectations."
