"This was one of the worst remodeling experiences I?ve ever had. I was completely oversold on what they could deliver. I hired them for a bathroom remodel and was promised a spa-like retreat. What I got instead looked like a cheap hotel bathroom. The price was outrageous. They pitched me at around $38,000, and I agreed because I thought I was getting a high-end, premium product. That was absolutely not the case. The materials and design options were extremely limited. They only work with one brand, and they push it aggressively like a bad timeshare presentation. To make matters worse, the price didn?t even include the vanity or any accessories. I had to provide all of that myself. For nearly forty grand, that is completely unacceptable. The workmanship was okay, not great. They were in and out in a day, which was convenient, but it clearly came at the cost of quality. There are spots where the work looks rushed and careless. This is a $15,000 bathroom at most."

During the lead-up and during the work, they listened to concerns and ideas, and made actionable proposals in response. After the project was finished, they followed up to ensure that everything was to my satisfaction. There were schedule slippages and material delivery delays, which is all par for the course, especially in 2025. They were communicative about the delays, and able to reorder the work accordingly.
