"It was easy to schedule the appointment. I bought a package for fall maintenance of heating and spring maintenance for A/C. Mark called when he was on his way to my house. He ran the A/C, cleared drain line, checked for loose wires, checked blower motor, checked equipment outside, washed down condenser. I appreciate that he cleaned up after himself and left no mess behind. I have had Air Systems service my heating and AC for over 11 years. The girl said yes and then gave a $200 quick quote before hanging up and apparently canceling the estimate and the tech told me once they quote you he can't change it. So I was hoping the price was going to be cheaper and told how much prior to asking for credit card since it didn't take long and wasn't complicated...no it was $200 for a service others charge $89.99 but couldn't get out here until next week and we had laundry piling up. So a price I paid to get it done but didn't like the price. Don't accept a price over the phone! Otherwise it was a good experience and would highly recommend them for other services.
