I have a full time job doing construction for new communications towers for various services. It includes all the job skills I listed including some masonry work for setting pads and then cabinet networking cabinets on top. I can also program equipment and worked in the past for Microsoft at the data center. I have my tools in my truck and small set of power tools. circular saw, cordless, and power drill, impact drill and band saw. i can also replace parts on vehicles, ts and diagnosis is more suited for a shop, all I offer is installation of replacement parts for that. "I worked with Marcos Hernandez from Stain it/Everest Paint and Construction to build and professionally finish a 2-story deck for the entrance of a duplex. He was able to work within my budget, and got all the work done, to code, and according to a very specific specification I wrote up (they even recommended some substitution and corrections where needed). Additionally, this might be the most honest contractor ive ever worked with - I accidentally overpaid, and he caught the error and offered to refund or rebate me on another project. Of course, I was very happy to accept a rebate on another project because I wanted to continue working with this company."

"We were not please at all. We were surprised at the cost over $6,900.00 (1/2 on the day the contract was signed and the balance upon completion.) We signed the contract on February 8, 2022. What was supposed to be done within 4-6 weeks extended to 3 months. The month of March, April, and May came in and no one ever called or communicated with us, unless we initiated the call(s) first. Our frustrations were: * No communication from the inspector or company when job could start. * Delayed in supplies. We understand that can happen, just keep us informed. * Called 1st week in April, 3rd week in April, supposed to start on Friday22 between 8-11, but had canceled because they had to finish previous job. We were compliant, no apology was given. Rained on Monday, started job on Tuesday. Young men started job, but had to stop due to mortar problems. They were very courteous and polite and explained the situation. They did what they could do to fix the problem, but had to inform the inspector of the situation. * Inspector came around 3:00 P.M. Gave us options. Another cost, but at this time we just wanted the job done. We were told that we had top priority as soon as the supplies were to come in the following week. A week and half had past. No further communication was noted. * Called May 9, 2022. Receptionist told us that we would be placed on the list for the following week. Another delay. We were not pleased. The inspection, who we signed the contract with told us that he could not help us because he had no control of the schedule. This was not acceptable to us as your customers. You got the money, let's finish the job. We were not happy with the service at all. On May 13, 2022, at 0945, Julius Gonzalez and his team saved your company from getting a 1 Star. They made a tremendous difference in handling this bad situation. My home looked like a disaster of an un-finished job of many months. Julian's mannerism, professionalism, and expertise in handling the job was very commendable. He was very polite and apologetic. He said that he was there for us and wanted us to be satisfied with the work that he and his team would be doing. There were no delays in the process in getting the job finish. They cleaned and vacuumed areas that dust had accumulated on the floors, fireplace, and hearth. I really appreciated their commitment to their job. Julian and his team exemplified competency, honesty, and integrity. Julian Gonzalez and his team deserves 5 Stars and a bonus! He did a job well-done. This what Customers Service is all about."

"My mother called and scheduled our move for 1032/25, from one three bedroom apartment to another. She told them right up front that we both have physical limitations, and would need some help with the packing. They then called us to reschedule the move for 11/1 at 8 am, which was too early, so we agreed on 11 am. The movers finally showed up at at least 2 pm (it may have been even later than that, I can't recall.) They claimed that 1) They didn't know we were scheduled for 11 am, and 2) They didn't realize how big the job would be. So we rescheduled again for 11/2 at 9 am. But by the time the move was done, we were still too late to turn in our keys to the old apartment by 4 pm. So we ended up having to pay for three extra days at the old apartment. Plus, they crammed so much stuff into the third bedroom that we could barely move in there, including very heavy, hard to move shelves with packed boxes on them that were placed facing the wall."
