Robert recognized the system immediately and was able to trouble shoot all the issues with the system. I was initially concerned what the final bill would be, as he charges an hourly rate. He had to leave briefly for a part, but did not count this into the time we were charged. He worked efficiently and was able to complete the entire job the same day. The project came in under budget. Robert communicated with us well throughout the project. This was particularly important because there were many issues that needed to be addressed and fixed. There were wiring issues with the system, the master board did not work, various components of the sprinkler heads were broken, and there was even a leak at part of the system. Robert systematically worked through each issue. We are very pleased with the entire experience! Robert took the time to show my husband how to program the new control panel and trouble shoot in the future. <br />"

"The guys showed up on time and were polite. But buyer beware if you use this company you need to read the details for whatever special they are offering. I called them for the sprinkler tune-up and it turned out to be a trip fee/diagnostic fee and felt less like a tune-up. They very quickly looked over my irrigation system and missed one of the heads that needed to be replaced. I did ask them prior to the work starting if I could pay the initial sprinkler price of $75.00 and call them back since I thought it was overpriced so I could get several other estimates. I was then made aware that I could do that but if I had them come out again it would be an additional $75.00 trip fee plus the repair fee. This definitely rubbed me the wrong way and it felt like a pressure sales tactic. The job entailed 3 sprinker heads needed replacing and a small section of pvc pipe needed to be repaired. I felt the quote was over charged at ($350.00). Why did I still have the work done. In all honesty I just wanted it done and I was already in for 75.00 and they were already there. In conclusion ask lots of questions, they do offer 1 year warranty on the work they do. The worker did replace the one sprinkler head I pointed out that he missed for free (why I gave 3 stars and not 2). Do your research prior to booking this company all the best."

"Sean and his two-man crew were awesome. They found the problem and replaced the PVC section that had a crack in it. They checked all the sprinkler heads in the whole yard. Sean even uncovered a sprinkler head that had become overgrown with grass. One of my underground Hose sprinklers was on the surface, so he re-buried it. I will recommend them to everyone. "Texas Pros (Jacob) came out and spent a good amount of time inspecting what the other guys did. Found one leaking valve, but were not sure about why the system was so messed up. Didn't charge me for more than the service call and replacement valve despite spending a good amount of time...Jacob said, we didn't get it up and running so I am not going to charge you today. Let me think about this and we will come back. He came back, said he had a pretty good idea of what was going on. He dug up the previous "repair" and discovered that the first guys plumbed the system wrong and completely cut off my front yard zone. He redid the lines the right way and in just a little over an hour my system was back. On time. Professional. Knows what he is doing. I can't say enough good things about Jacob and Texas Sprinkler Pros."
