When they left after the first day they cleaned everything thoroughly and I couldn't find one nail sitting on the ground. They explain all about roofing, product, if there will be any extra cost wood, look in your attic for damages, 3d pictures of your roof how it will look like after it's been done. Added extra ventilation where needed. Clean up was great. I have Dish, they paid the cost to have Dish come back out. There was no surprises! They delivered product one day, next day they removed old wood and replaced with new and extra ventilation. It's just beautiful! They went beyond did extra safety steps for the customer. My roof looks great, beautiful and I can't stop looking at it. We have the roof for Idaho weather not California. The cost is high but you will have a nice product you will not have to worry about for a very very long time. I would recommend this company they are a top quality roofing company."

"In Feb 2017 we had Great Built Roofing replace a roof due to hail damage. After their initial visit they were able to do the work in one day. It was a good job and good experience. We are now selling the home and the buyers inspector recommended repairing one area where the drip edge had come loose. It was not a major issue but I was uncertain as how the warranty would be dealt with. Happy to say that Great Built honored the warranty in a timely fashion and was able to advise me on other roofing issues unrelated to their work.
