"The removal and replacement of roof went very well. Gutters and debris screens installed. Cedar shingles repaired/replaced"

"L&L made several visit including Saturday and Sunday to evaluate the job and made several suggestions as to the best way to replace the roof without any damage to the interior of our house. They promised to pick a good day to do the job and complete the job in one day. They arrived at about 7:30 AM with a crew of about 10 workers and had the complete roof replaced and the yard completely cleaned up before 4:30 PM. This included new lead flashing for the chimney and replacing 2 sheets of plywood. In addition they guaranteed the workmanship of the roof for as long as we owned the house. We had no problems at all.

"Simply stated, Pattison Construction did not disappoint on any level. Run by a father-son team, they represent that which practices respect and embraces integrity and empathy both as people and as a solid business. In summary, I recently lost both my parents last year. As I prepare to sell the home they built over 55 years, it was discovered that it needed a new roof At our first meeting , Pattison Construction immediately responded and respected both the technical need with the obvious emotional sensitivity of the situation. Personally and professionally, the entire span of the project was treated with genuine respect . Pattison quickly earns thectrist of their customers through transparency in communications, a genuine ability to work with people on any project, and brilliant craftsmanship. They were handed keys to the house soon into the project as they became “family”. They have since been engaged to do additional work on my childhood home which I know will be executed flawlessly. My parents’ legacy will continue. Pattison Construction added value throughout the engagement through strategic planning and solid recommendations for improvements. I look forward to continuing the relationship with projects on my home. Thank you Pattison for making an invaluable, lasting impact."

"Job involved the replacement of the roof on my home. The crew completed this job in one day. They worked fast and very clean. When done you couldn't tell anyone was there other than a new roof!"

"Had our roof replaced, looks like a clean install. Trey was easy to talk to and was very assuring. We'll see how the roof holds up against this weekend's snowstorm or whatever's coming our way. Yes I copy pasted my own review from Google Reviews."

"This is a continuation of my Jan.2014 review. In April we agreed to begin the work of replacing the roof and damaged gutter. They came and removed the old roofing, replaced any rotten wood decking and installed the new shingles and the new fascia board and gutter. They were very efficient and cleaned up when they were finished. Fast forward to Nov.2017 he came out to replace a piece of siding that had blown off in a windstorm."

"Luxury roofing did an amazing job replacing my roof! They communicated well and were able to start work very quickly. The guys working were respectful of the property and cleaned up everything. I would absolutely recommend them for any home improvement work!"

"Our relationship with Exteriors of CT started in 2018 when I first moved to CT and needed the windows replaced in the house I just purchased. I met with 3 companies and got 3 quotes, Exteriors of CT wasn't the cheapest quote, but that was because they included far more in their quote. They not only replaced all of our 28 windows (including the removal of old storm windows) but they also replaced our rotting trim and vinyl wrapped it to ensure it looked amazing and wouldn't rot again. While they were working on my windows a storm blew through and my roof started leaking so badly it was flooding my kitchen. The Exteriors employee at my house that day actually climbed onto my roof and applied tar to the leaking area to hold me over until I could afford to replace my roof! Naturally I hired them to replace it a year later! They did such an amazing job on both my windows and roof that in 2021 they were the first company that I asked for a quote from for vinyl siding. I again got 3 quotes and Exteriors was only 2K higher than my lowest quote, but they again had included more. Of course I hired them for my siding job too. They had to remove a massive amount of old cedar shake siding, replace a large amount of rot, retrim all the windows they had just trimmed in 2018, and my house couldn't look better! I had MULTIPLE people stop when they would see me in the yard and ask me for the name of my siding company! I happily referred them to Exteriors of CT. It's been 6 months with our new siding and we couldn't be happier."

"My husband and I were very pleased with the work. We had the wood shingles on our roof replaced with Cedar Impression shingles. Rodger was honest, fair, extremely responsive, and kept us apprised of every step. He and his team met every expectation set, disposed of all debris, and left our yard clean. Thank you, Rodger!"
