What led us to ADT was the fact they have different monitoring sensors for things like flooding/water elevation, carbon monoxide etc. Things that you donot often think about at all. Last year we saw our neighbor go through a big water problem due to a leak in their upstairs bathroom. Their contractor insisted that they add flood sensors once all of the repairs were completed. We are glad that he shared that tidbit with us. We didnot waste any time and got connected with ADT and adopted all of their system features"
