This time I contacted him at 7:30am in a panic last Monday because we woke up to leaking into our basement without any appliances being on, and time was of the essence. Although I hadn't talked to Berto in years, he came over THAT MORNING and assessed the situation. The next day he had his team in my house and worked all week. Berto truly cares and we would have been screwed if he didn't come over right away. I can't thank him enough. Yes, it was an unexpected expense, but it would have been so much worse if he didn't act so quickly.
