The job started out to fix and retile the bath tub walls, but as the work began, deeper issues were uncovered which increased the amount of effort that was required. The team went above and beyond to ensure their quality of workmanship by addressing the root cause leak from the upstairs apartment, as well as replacing internal wood structures that had rotted from the slow leak, as well as being damaged by termites, which prompted the need for L&B’s services in the first place. Their work ethic is to ensure that the final product lasts for the long haul, instead of the quick fix that a previous contractor did to bandaid a small piece of the larger issue (which, quickly fell apart within months).
