"I can’t say enough about how happy we are with the job completed by Igor and his crew! We did a lot of research before entrusting them with our new home as we needed a lot done. We had our staircase completely replaced, new wood flooring on our second floor landing, and sanding and refinishing to a lighter color in our family room, dining room and foyer. We also had LVP installed in our kitchen and everything looks amazing! Here are some highlights about the job: - Excellent work for excellent value - Igor really cares about his customers! For example, he suggested during mid-job I replace my old posts and handrails instead of sanding and refinishing and adjusted the price down. They worked extra hours to get things right. He hired a painter to fix patching and painting we should have expected from the staircase demo. He helped us clean the dust and addressed touch ups - From quote through completion they were done in less than two weeks and this was a big job. - Highly recommend!"

"I had original (1947) hard wood floors refinished. I worked with Al. Some areas were in need of a lot of work. The crew did an excellent job. They went beyond my expectations using great care around my home. I did not realize some of the extra things that needed to be done, such as removing curtains and doors, covering doorways and closet contents with plastic. "Meza construction is the BEST! Olvin installed 2 large rooms and a hallway with laminate flooring. It’s an old house so I had 2 LUMPS in my floors that he corrected and made even. My floors came out beautiful and seamless. He cleans AS he works, which I loved. I then added other jobs like installing a door and removing borders in a back bedroom. He can do it ALL!
