"Perez Landscaping is professional and courteous - works hard and efficiently… Great work ethic. I will definitely hire then again."

"Joe was very professional.  It was a busy time of the year and rain delayed the project a bit, but he was willing to answer calls and discuss tentative dates.  The patio is beautiful and his crew cleaned up nicely.  I would highly recmommend him, as his price point was much better than competitors.

"Yes he and his crew were professional, worked long hours to get the job done .. from showing pictures of the stone u wanted, he did sample boards to show me what it would look like based on the photos. Absolutely hit the nail on the head .. love it."

"The price was fair. When they originally came to do it, there was not enough road gravel down so we had to have the other guy come back and redo that. We kept getting a promise date and then they wouldn't show. It took a while to get them back so we were a little disappointed with them. We couldn't reach them. We would leave messages and they wouldn't call back. Since we missed our first opportunity, then we got pushed back and they took care of the other places. They should have responded and let us know. When they finally did come the crew was great and the finished product was good. The pricing was in the ballpark. This was set up through our contractor. They did finally come when they said but it took 3 times. We might look for somebody else in the future."

"Nathan is awesome! He was on time and professional. He is reasonably priced. My house and deck are now spotless!"

"Fast response. Good communications. Very Professional."

"VERY GOOD, BRIAN WAS VERY EFFICIENT AND HE ASKED WHEN SOMETHING WASN'T CLEAR. I AM PLEASED WITH ANGI'S AND WITH BRIAN"
