"they were great! large apartment floors in bad condition, did a beautiful job in the time agreed reasonable price."

"The whole process was very easy and enjoyable. From the initial evaluation process to the install process everything was explained well and done professionally. We love our new shower and it came with a lifetime guarantee. I would definitely recommend."

"Horacio provided an honest and fair estimate - for free - for a flooring project at my new home. He had plenty of samples to choose from, helped me with recommendations as needed, and his team started the next day! We installed carpet on some steps and vinyl plank throughout the rest of the home. George is fantastic - hardworking and precise in his work. Horacio was communicative throughout which is very important to me. I am so pleased with the efficiency and quality of their work - would absolutely recommend!"

"I hired Aurelio to refinish my old oak stairs, carpeted at the time. After removing the carpet, we realized installing new stairs would have been the "better" option, but my budget didn't go in that direction. Aurelio and his team did their best to repair the damage and refinish the stairs. Aurelio suggested adding molding and 3/4 rounds to hide the places that couldn't be fixed, and that was a great idea. I'm sure when the project is finished (I'm having a painter paint the front faces of the stairs white), I'll be happy with the results, but I wish I had known a few things before hiring: 1) That the "material" (which wasn't included in the quote) would be grossly overpriced (I paid $1,200 for the carpet removal, repairs, sanding, staining and poly-coating, and $550 for material) 2) That the workers wouldn't wear shoe covers to keep my existing wood floors clean 3) That some wholes wouldn't be filled 4) That vertical surfaces of the stairs wouldn't be touched/fixed 4) And last but not least: That I would have NO SAY in the finish color. I wasn't shown a sample, given a color name, or called on site before the stairs were completely stained (and impossible to re-stain, I was told). The final color is about four levels lighter than my original wood floor (and the rest of my house). I understand you cannot match colors exactly, but the difference in tone and level is very noticeable. My "new" stairs are a light-ish pine-like color; my existing floors are between American Oak and Gunstock. As Aurelio puts it "When there are no lights on, you don't notice the color difference". I'm giving the company a B for the hard work done. But I learned my lesson."

"Kristian worked well with me to select the best materials to make the bathroom remodel stand out without gutting the entire room. Since the entire project was done remotely via the internet/email, I particularly liked the suggestions and follow through from K&X to manage the scheduling with my renter and minimize their impact. Thank you and I look forward to using K&X on other work in the future."

"VJ Hardwood Floor was professional and easy to work with and I’m very happy with the job they did. My floors came out beautifully."

"Lucy's Floors did an amazing job on my new home. They installed wood flooring in part of the house and refinished hardwood floors in another part of the house. They did an amazing job! Lucy was very professional and helpful with needed materials. The pricing was very reasonable. Her staff were on time and very nice when I popped in to say hello. And most of all, my floors were wonderfully done. I have already recommended them to several friends."

"Installed vinyl flooring. Looks beautiful."

"I highly recommend The Builders & Cleaners for any remediation needs. From the very beginning, their proposal was incredibly detailed and transparent, with the Project Manager clearly outlining the scope of work and the materials to be used. They provided a high-value solution that was very fair compared to other quotes I received. The overall service was professional, seamless, and timely. Communication was a standout part of the experience; I was kept in the loop daily by their amazing Office Admin. A huge part of this success was the crew chief, who was fantastic to work with. He managed the team with precision, ensured every detail was attended to, and handled every request with professionalism and expertise. Most importantly, the quality of the work was excellent. The remediation was thorough, precise, and completed to a very high standard. They didn't cut any corners and ensured that everything was cleaned and restored perfectly before finishing the job. Courteous, dependable &"
