"Excellent quality work on my chimney, done quickly and without disruption to the household routine. Looked at the work, gave an estimate with some additional upgrades, if desired and started the job within 2 to 3 days. He brought in a crew, set up the scaffold and worked until chimney was complete. He skipped a day and came back to paint the finished work. Great job. The price was very good for the work as compared to others doing the same work, with a discount for cash. I would recommend JLF. I have some estimates for other work that I need to be accomplished over the next month or two."

"They showed up on time and the work was completed in about 1 1/4 hrs."

"Mason replaced the stucco on all of the trim that had faded on our house. He went above and beyond getting the color right, protecting our plants and doing a clean job!!"

"We had a total remodel of our kitchen with removal of walls and basically everything gutted down to the studs. Jim work with us through the initial design of the kitchen all the way through the final walk through. Our kitchen is FANTASTIC! Jim was able to provide valuable insight throughout the process and guided us through all of the key decisions on layout and construction plans. When challenges came up or unexpected repairs were needed, Jim explained the approach and got everything set up perfectly. Our kitchen is now the focal point in our house and we are so happy we went with Lockhart Construction!"

"Rudy is great! Super polite and his attention to detail was impeccable. I would highly recommend him for anyone and will definitely hire him again!"

"They rearranged furniture, helped design, and took care of everything that needed to be done. Also they came ready to work. It was a good experience."

"Pat and his team were, by and large, fantastic. They executed on all aspects of the original quote flawlessly. The ribbon pointing around the stonework, especially in the front part of the house, turned out very nice. We're extremely happy with how the masonry looks. It went so smoothly, we added additional work onto the quote to seal the concrete and touch up paint along the exterior of the house. The painting wasn't as neat or clean as it could have been - it's probably a little step above what I could have done. Mostly importantly, when we encountered a couple of problems along the way, they were responsive and went above and beyond to sort it out. I think they approached the whole project very well, and even worked with us on the price for the add-ons. All-in-all, super solid work from a super solid contractor. Highly recommended."

"The owner John and his assistant were very professional and clean. John does great work and has the experience and correct tools to properly sand the new spackle w out getting any drywall dust in the air. - He used a large specialty sanding disc w a shop vac connected to it. Which was a very fast and clean way to get the work done. - Credit should be given to any craftsman who invests in the right equipment for the job. As well as being able to do the drywall repairs AND paint. It's was not easy to find someone to do both. He supplied the paint. It was a perfect match using new paint made up w the old Sherman Williams color code. I would recommend hiring Dominic's Painting for any drywall repair, painting and/or skim coating."
