"I am still waiting for the return of my deposit as it has been a week since I put this review on hold after putting in the notice that day 24 June of cancellation by email and next day mail. As I have said before I am a disabled Vet, Senior citizen with health problems. I have copies of the emails that I sent on the days of 06/24/2023 and by next day Mail on the 27th notarized copies of the cancellation. Tried calling but went to voice mail. "Never never buy from these thieves! We bought 8 windows to be replaced on the 12th of March 2025. The 17th of May they came to install. They didn't replace our windows. They inserted smaller windows into the old window frames(less light in the house). So now we have old cracked visible window frames. Silicone seals were not replaced. And the double hung windows can only open a third of the height, not half way up."
