They cleaned up the area where they had piled the dirt. They did not leave anything behind. They did a lot of maintenance work that I could not do. They were professional and they did exactly what I asked them to do. They were timely. Their bid was not the lowest; it was reasonable for the amount of work that needed done. They were very patient. They let me walk around the yard and point out all the different things I wanted them to do. They had to fit me in to their schedule as I was having other works done at my place. They certainly are not a high-end company, but what I needed done did not require a top-of-the-line company. They were able to give me the kind of work that I wanted. "Bought a "deal" from Angie's List, they showed up, did the work, and all went well.  We had seen two termite tracks and acted IMMEDIATELY to avoid damage.  The deal came coincidentally at the same time!  Neighbor paid $200 more than us.  We were preparing to put our house on the market and at inspection time they sent a specialist in termite detection and the house was perfect!  They saw the track stains we had seen, but reported that there was zero damage and that the treatment was good.  Well worth the expense!

"They did a great job and I'd use them again.  Ultimately, they did what they said they were going to do at the price they promised. The results look great--just what I requested.  From the estimation process through final clean-up, they were conscientious and professional.  It took a few trips, but they got it all done by the requested due date, and they even voluntarily did some proactive regrading/soil-fill where needed to prevent future drainage issues. I've had contractors from over 20 different companies at my house over the last year, and of those 20 there are only 5 that I would call or use again.
